At Regency Party Hall, you get a real space — tables and chairs already set up, linens ready, sound system running their playlist, and a free photo booth that becomes the highlight of the whole afternoon. You show up, the kids have a great time, you go home.
We've been hosting Queens families since 2014 and we know what parents need: a safe, enclosed space with on-site security so you can actually enjoy yourself instead of spending the whole party running crowd control. The hall holds up to 90 guests, which covers the birthday kid's classmates, their siblings, cousins, and the parents who inevitably all end up staying longer than planned.

Yes. The hall is an enclosed, controlled space with on-site security included with every rental. There are no open streets or unsafe areas to worry about. Parents consistently tell us the security is one of the biggest reasons they choose us for kids' events.
Outdoor inflatables aren't possible indoors, but you can absolutely bring entertainers — magicians, face painters, balloon artists, characters, or a DJ who does kids' party hosting. Call us to discuss what you're planning and we'll let you know how it fits the space.
Yes. BYO catering means you bring whatever food and cake you want. Many parents order pizza, wings, or have family cook. You're not limited to any specific vendor or menu — it's completely up to you.
Up to 90 guests total, including kids and adults. For a typical kids' party with 30–40 children plus parents and family, you'll have comfortable room for everyone and still have space for activities.
We're open Monday through Thursday and Saturday through Sunday from 7am to 9pm, and Fridays from 9am to 9pm. Weekend afternoon slots are most popular for kids' parties. Call (718) 479-4546 to check specific availability.
